Refunds
Equipment refunds are gladly made for clean & unused equipment; Less the
shipping amount.
Refunds will be
made for 15 days after original shipping date.
No refunds or
exchanges for custom-made items.
Returned
equipment should be mailed to: Equine Connections,
43 Thibs Drive, Orland, ME 04472
Refunds &
exchanges are available only through Equine Connections; NOT the manufacturers or shipping agents.
“Play Balls”
are not returnable for refund or exchange - sorry.
Equine
Connections stands behind the equipment we sell. We “use and abuse” the
equipment
during testing, beyond the range of normal use. Should your equipment wear
out, break or fail
within one year of purchase, please let us know so we can repair or exchange it.
Clinic Deposit Refunds
Clinic
enrollment is limited, therefore pre-registration is required. Cancellations 0-14 days
before a
clinic will result in a forfeiture of the clinic deposit, without exception.
In the event of a weather cancellation, the clinic will be re-scheduled.
Cancellations
by Equine Connections due to reasons other than weather, will be refunded in
full.
